Enjoy water views from both the master suite and second bedroom which open up the a wrap around upper deck. The master suite is furnished with a king size tempur-pedic bed with flat screen tv, walk in closet and master bath with rainfall shower. The third bedroom shares a full bath and view of the inground pool and outdoor fireplace. The comforts of central air, radiant heated floors, outdoor shower along with many more amenities makes your stay a pleasurable one.
One mile to Long Beach and one mile to the town of Sag Harbor makes this a great central location to enjoy your private vacation getaway. Ocean beaches, golfing, and shopping are just a short drive from this vacation home as well as many of the enjoyments that the Hamptons has to offer.

This property was purchased on November 2, 2011. This custom designed and newly constructed beautiful two story Hampton home with wrap around deck and porch which overlooks the water with the modern comforts of today was built for a relaxing retreat nestled two hundred feet off Sag Harbor Cove.
What makes this property unique
The location of this home leaves all that is needed at your fingertips. A short walk to the towns, shops restaurants, beaches, and many other conveniences makes getting around much more enjoyable.
