We LOVE our furry family members! We accept small to medium size dogs (less than 35 lbs) and do charge at the time of booking $10 per dog per night.

Please do not leave your furry friend unsupervised in the backyard as this is a shared space. Back fence is closed off with 4" spaced iron posts. We recommend watching your dog or child at all times to avoid any potential escape or injury.

* Residential neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am everyday. No parties permitted.
*Please let us know exactly how many guests will be staying to ensure enough linens, bedding, sheets, blankets, and towels to provide. No smoking in or within 10 feet of house. No glitter, confetti or hair dye.
* Please do not leave your furry friend unsupervised in the backyard as this is a shared space.

* Pick up doggy doo outside using provided shovel and tossing it through the back fence into the open spaces behind backyard. Or use doggy bags. Please just pick up after your furry friend.
* Bath towels should not be used for swimming/amusement parks and should not be removed from the AirBnB.
*No drug use allowed (this includes marijuana). If there are any signs of drug use, there will be a penalty charge of $550
