About this property

30 mins to Smuggs and Stowe! Tons of room for family and pets!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just the right mix of rural yet central. Enjoy 4 miles of private hiking trails, sunset views, swimming holes in your own private bubbling brook and pond.

Hilltop Haven is a cozy yet spacious two story Farmhouse situated on 200 acres with views of the north side of Mt Mansfield and Smugglers Notch.

The fully stocked chefs kitchen is located centrally between the breakfast nook and the formal dining area. There are two living rooms, one with a TV and large sectional perfect for a movie or game night, the other boasts barnwood walls, gas fireplace and stone hearth with a comfy leather sofa.

Gas BBQ is located on the screened in porch with outdoor dining.

There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and french doors looking out to the gardens and nearby forest and brook. Upstairs has three bedrooms. The master has a king sized bed and an on suite bathroom with a walk in shower and large claw foot tub. The other master has a queen sized bed, a walk through closet, and private bathroom. The last bedroom has one set of bunk beds and a single twin to sleep 3 with it's own bathroom across the hall.

10 minute drive to Lost Nation Brewery, 12 min into downtown Morrisville for Pizza, Co-op, movie theater, and plenty of other amenities.

20 minutes to Stowe Village, 35 to Stowe Mountain Resort or 33 Smugglers Notch. Head to Green River Reservoir 15 min drive to kayak, canoe or SUP.

Wonderful home for relaxing and spending time with family

Staying at this house for New Year's was a delight! The presence of a beautifully decorated Christmas tree added to the festive spirit. The kitchen was excellent, and the BBQ area was fantastic. Its proximity to the resort mountains made it convenient for snowboarding. Overall, it's a cozy, comfortable house, perfect for a large group or family getaway.

Fantastic!

Libby’s place was wonderful and cozy. Plenty of room for 3 families, 9 of us in total. The home is super clean, exceptionally well appointed, the rooms are large and thoughtfully decorated. We spent a lot of time in the main living room enjoying the fireplace. The property is beautiful and remote, with spectacular views, yet close to everything. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed!
