Spend the day at the beach or relax by the two on-property pools. . . either way JUST RELAX! Awesome 2 bed 2.5 bath Villa just 943 steps (.03 miles) from the beach and (.06 miles) to Coligny Plaza.
Full complete kitchen, dining area, laundry area, Foosball table, Wii, 42" Flat Screen in the Living Room, Flat Screen TV's replaced 2018 in each Bedroom, free Wi-Fi (New router and cable box 2018), Free telephone long distance.. View of pool and one massive palm cluster above a manicured green lawn!
All smoke detector/carbon monoxide batteries as well as remote control batteries and light bulbs replaced annually inJanuaary.. Master suite (new king Serta IComfort mattress 2016); Bed linens, closet/hotel safe, Infrared grill, toaster oven, wireless printer for boarding passes, new clothes dryer all added 2014. HVAC, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, hair dryers, kitchen gadgets, decor added/upgraded 2013. Well equipped for ease, your convenience and relaxation!

Entrance is approximately 18 steps up above convenient parking; Once inside the layout is a town home concept with living, dining, kitchen, laundry, sofa bed and powder room located on level one. Up approximately 14 carpeted steps is the sleeping level with master and renovated bathrooms located en-suite at opposing ends of the hallway. No footsteps above you and nice views of the pool and landscaping on one side and parking view on the other.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We provide a full closet of linens to you. Due to quick turnovers we need for you to begin the washing of towels and sheets before you depart, particularly when many bath and beach towels are used.
Please make sure upon departure that you leave 2 sets of keys (on inside hook) the master key to exterior keyed box. Return key to closet safe. Place all parking passes back in the villa. Thanks!

The condo was perfect for our family. It was nice that the kids actually got to have their own room, and they loved the foosball table. It was great having the pool so close too. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed a quiet relaxing vacation. The condo was well equipped and even included chairs for the beach. The beach was one of the nicest and cleanest and we enjoyed our nightly walks.

Great Week with the Family

The property was clean, organized, and had all the little things that seem to be missing at most other places. The only complaint would be the loud screen door. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach

The place was clean and in a great location. The owner was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Our only issues were that the living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable and the foosball table wasn’t level so it wasn’t fun to play.

Thank you for your nice review and for letting us know about these issues. The Foos ball table is frequently enjoyed yet it is built in such a way that it is not supposed to be moved. As you know it must be moved within the space provided.. Just this week we have someone reinforcing the legs so that it can better move along the tile floor without destabilizing. Thanks for sharing!

Early summer stay at Courtside

We very much enjoyed our stay at Courtside! The condo was nicely decorated and felt like we were at home. Everything was taken care of and having the extra perk of extra beach stuff to use was a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place for a vacation!

We were very pleased with our stay at this villa. Nice and clean! Gracious and thoughtful host with quick and thorough communication. All information was laid out very clearly, including tech-related things (which we used when we weren't out enjoying the sun). Really appreciated how close the beach was - very easy walk. Definitely recommend!!

Fabulous Place to Stay

This property was perfect for our family! It was an easy check in. The condo was very clean. Lots of amenities that made the stay very comfortable. Lots of towels, beach towels to use, cooler bag, plenty of kitchen items to use, and more. Easy walk to the beach. Pool to use. Really was a great place and fun for our family. We would stay again!

Great family and work vacation

The property was well stocked for a beach retreat! We enjoyed the cleanliness and all the thought that was put into making sure our stay was memorable! No detail was overlooked and instructions were clearly indicated! The beach was a very short walk and the property’s balcony overlooked the pool! The internet was also great as I had to attend conference calls for work! We would definitely stay here again!
