I bought this home in 2017 (brand new) for the convenience to all of Tampa's most popular places. I am happy to share it with you now that I have moved across the bridge to St Pete (a must see especially for the beaches). If you need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Tampa is growing rapidly. Currently top 10 in the nation for people moving to, I am so happy to own a little piece of it. Especially near downtown, Water street and all the great places popping up. I hope you can enjoy it as much as I do!
