This 3 bedroom,2 bathroom house is located in a safe, family neighborhood on a cul-de-sac corner. There is plenty to do nearby with easy access to expressways, downtown, beaches, and theme parks. Although the area has plenty to explore, you may just enjoy hanging on the hammock, playing games, watching TV, or lounging in the hot tub. For kids of all ages (or adults), we provide toys, books, and games. There is also a computer work station, coffee bar, ping pong table, pool table, magnetic dart board, video games, and poker. We also want to welcome you to our respectful and responsible community. We are pleased to inform you that this property is committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our stay was wonderful! I had to have surgery and I’m not from the area! The house was a very safe and comfortable place for me to recover! Host was very nice and responsive! House is not far from anything we needed while we were there. It helped a lot that Walmart was about a minute away! All in all! We enjoyed our stay and will be back! Everything was clean and the home had everything we needed!

A wonderful property, the host is exceptionally responsive. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The guy took was a welcome respite after a long day at Busch Gardens. And a sorry drive from Tarpon Springs and the Sponge Docks. If you have time to there and eat at Hella's,. Also take a trip to Roberts Christmas World.

This is a very nice place, clean and comfortable. It is also in a great location, close to many grocery stores, eateries, and the beach is about a 40 minute drive. Although some of the furniture needs updating, overall my family and I enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Nice house with a nice layout

The house was very spacious for 6 adults and a 2 year old. We loved the backyard and spent many mornings chatting with our coffee. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

Great house in a PERFECT location! Literally right across the road from a Wal-Mart for all your needs, but you would never know it by being outside at the home! Nice and private at an end lot

The house was stocked with games and goods that kept our family entertained all week. It was close enough to everything fun for the kids and after a lon day out at parks beaches and traveling we came home to a relaxing hot tub, games on the patio a comfortable couch and comfortable beds to reset for the next day.

All 3 Generations loved it.

This home is cozy and family-centric. My husband, in-laws, and I all enjoyed connecting over games each evening. My kids cried when we left. The loved the bunk beds. Plenty of space and privacy for the 6 of us. Also there was plenty of space for my father in law to navigate the home using a walker and the master bath includes a shower with plenty of space for a shower seat. If we visit Tampa again, I’ll be looking for this listing. Everyone wants to go back.

Super Convenient Stay in Tampa

The property is a nice vacation rental. A few minor things need fixed properly, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. The kids loved playing pool and pong pong so much they didn't really get to all the other fun things this property provides. I was amazed at the amount of board games that would be great for group fun! The hot tub is excellent to relax in after a full day. We didn't spend much time cooking in the kitchen, but it appears well stocked. This property has everything you need, and if it doesn't, it's very conveniently located across a street from WalMart and pretty close to all of the fun things to do in the Tampa area. The guest book is a really great tool to utilize during your stay. The corner the house is on is kind of busy as it seems to be the main street into the neighborhood.

My goal is to write a review I would have appreciated reading. Pros and cons

First the pros Hot tub, lanai and BBQ were very nice. I really liked the layout of the kitchen and master bedroom and bath. Loved the big fridge with icemaker. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Master bedroom king bed was firm, which was perfect. The location is so convenient to 589 expressway and man stores and restaurants. There were a couple of unforeseen plumbing issues during our stay, but the host was very responsive.Now some cons. I prepared a lot of our meals for our 10 day stay, so a lot of time in the kitchen. There is no cutting board even though there is a labeled cabinet for it. There was not enough silverware to get 3 people through one day. The skillets and pans were very scratched up. Eggs stuck, and eggs cost too much right now! The coffeemaker blinks "clean" but there was no manual on how to clean it. There were no mixing/serving spoons. There was only one food storage container. There were only 3 kitchen towels so I washed them several times. There was a surprising amount of airplane noise; maybe the flight patterns recently changed. My mom said the queen bed was way too soft. Hopefully my critique is helpful as it is only intended to help future travelers.
