This newly remodeled, three-bedroom home in Cape Coral is a great choice for your next vacation! Enjoy a prime and very desired location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, Cape Coral, Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach, and Fort Myers Beach.

Relax on the huge 20' x 30' screened lanai, which has been furnished with a dining area for four and an outdoor couch with two swivel chairs. Enjoy the surrounding tropical landscape and enclosed backyard - you can find a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. Inside, the inviting living room is a great spot to unwind and simply relax. Stream a favorite series on the large smart TV, play fun board games around the coffee table, or just enjoy an entertaining conversation with your friends. When mealtime comes around, the fully appointed kitchen will have your back. It's complete with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy and quick post-meal clean-ups. However, if you would like to try some of the owner's local cuisine, you can always head over to Finn's Dive Bar right down the street. There is even a washer/dryer for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
