Freshly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath downstairs duplex apartment in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, comfortably sleeping 5 in beds, with room for additional guests on the convertible sofa or available air mattresses.

Enjoy self check-in, free on-site parking, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, dedicated workspace, and quick access to the airport, downtown, trails, shopping, and dining.

This bright, welcoming 1,250-square-foot downstairs unit blends modern farmhouse style with practical comforts for your Anchorage stay. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area has a leather sofa, comfortable chairs, and space to gather after a day of exploring.

- No pets or animals are permitted
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on reservation.
- There are four carpeted steps down into this ground level unit.

The entire downstairs unit is yours to enjoy, with a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock. Free on-site parking is available; please park on the right side of the driveway, closest to the entry door. The backyard is shared and is not fully fenced.

Longer stays are welcome. A Pack ’n Play/travel crib is available upon request. Exterior security cameras are on the property.

A week in Alaska

We loved our time in Anchorage. Shanna (owner) was amazing to communicate with, I did have an extra question about check out and she worked with me on her reply. The unit was very clean. Also great location for doing touristy things! Will definitely rebook here for our next trip to ANC.

Wonderful experience!

The accommodations were as good or better than any hotel could've offered us! And the price was great given how much transportation cost. We had plenty of room for everyone in our group, with the entire floor being very clean and warm. All of us enjoyed the decor, especially in the bathrooms with the wordsearch and 5 star review holder (LOL!). Everyone enjoyed our stay!

I’m not sure what Terry is used to, but this property was built in 2002, has fresh paint inside and out, new carpet and flooring, and modern (all less than 2 years old) furnishings. We do not have (nor do we advertise) air conditioning, virtually zero homes in Alaska are equipped with AC. This is the first I’ve heard from Terry regarding their stay, and I’m disappointed by this unfortunate and inappropriate review.

Our first visit to beautiful Alaska

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay in Anchorage. The home is very clean and comfortable and close to all conveniences. You are one of the few places we found with 2 bathrooms. Our adult daughter was with us so that was very nice. We saw a caribou next to our car and a moose that walked right up to our car and we were fortunate enough to see Mt Denali faintly in the distance at site near the airport. It’s 125 miles from Anchorage and only 30% of the people get to see it because of the cloud cover. A very fun trip. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I would recommend your home as a great place to stay as you travel through the sites in Alaska.
