This unit is one of the 2 in-law suites that the main house has, there will be 2 more guests on the other side that’ll share the parking, laundry and backyard.

Dirty

Property looked as it did in the photo… the floors were so filthy I feet turned brown/black from the dirt. The shower had not been cleaned and there were cockroaches on the walls. For an expensive cleaning fee it appears as if no one cleans. Also be sure to check all items in the property because if you don’t tell them something was not up to par they will say you broke it and charge you extra!

Quaint little spot close to highway and downtown Orlando.

Was well worth it being a snow bird. Near the small airport, so got used to the small planes flying overhead. Nice

Very Enjoyable

I was very happy with this location. I enjoyed my stay here while in town for work. It is very close to restaurants. The only down side I could say is that the house is located in a direct line with the local airport main landing runway. Other than that it was a very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay.
