Cozy 1/1 detached guesthouse with full kitchen, living room, and 1 bedroom with an attached bathroom. Property has a large backyard and pets are allowed (for a small pet fee) but should be leashed if out. Please indicate if you will be bringing pets. No shared spaces outside of laundry and outdoor space and apartment has its own entrance. Property is located in the Hourglass District. 10 minutes from Amway Center, Camping World Stadium and downtown.

So Cute and Cozy

We absolutely loved this little place tucked away from the city traffic and so close to Universal Studios!! Everything about it was perfect, and was stocked with all the essentials so neat and tidy! Wonderful communication with the host! 10/10!!

Safe and cozy apartment with fabulous hosts!

Everything is as advertised. Cozy little apartment in a nice neighborhood. Our hosts took great care to insure all needs were met. Close to everything Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. However the highlight was the fantastic ice cream joint within a short walk, Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream!!!

Great location, calm neighborhood and affordable

We stayed long term for a month and everything was great. Pretty Spacious for a 1b1b. All the amenities were great. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, I am very glad that I chose this listing. Only two issues, the bed is too low if you are old or have knee issues. The shower is a bit small.
