Chappy - Family Beach House

Welcome to our family home on Chappaquiddick. The perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the natural beauty of Martha’s Vineyard. This bright and airy 4-bedroom, 2-bath home (plus outdoor shower!) comfortably sleeps 8 and is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need for an easy island getaway.

Upstairs, the open-concept great room features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light - an ideal space for gathering with family and friends. Two sets of sliders lead out to a spacious wrap-around deck, complete with patio seating and a gas grill for al fresco dining.

Layout:
• First Floor: 3 bedrooms + 1 full bath
• Second Floor: Open living space + primary bedroom + 1 full bath

Don’t miss the private outdoor shower - a must-have summer experience!

The entire home is air-conditioned (a true luxury on MV!) and includes high-speed WiFi, a full-size washer/dryer, all bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs, and other beach gear to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Located just minutes from East Beach, Wasque, Mytoi Gardens, and the scenic walking trails that make Chappy so special.

Enjoyed staying here. House is on a private lot, quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and Chappy Ferry. Plenty of space in the house and it has all the amenities. It was nice not to have to pack and bring beach chairs or beach towels or linens. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time on Chappy and at the house. Tyler checked in via email to see if we needed anything and if everything was going well, which we appreciated. House lived up to the description we had plenty of room to relax and had all the accommodations we need. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful stay!

Chappy house is a great place to stay to explore Chappaquiddick Island and Martha’s Vineyard. The host was very kind and responsive. We loved that beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, and towels) were provided. That was a huge plus when exploring the island’s beaches. The best part was the outdoor shower!

Girls Weekend

My friends and I had a girls weekend at the Chappy Beach House. We loved our stay! Tyler is great and was so helpful before, during and after our trip. The house is adorable and is in a quiet neighborhood and has easy access to the town and beach. It was an amazing experience.

Great Chappy vacation rental!

Awesome rental! everything was very clean and neat, nice bright light in main living area. Enjoyed dinners on the porch. Owner was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. House has everything you need and the location can’t be beat for driving to Leland Beach. Would absolutely recommend and rent again!

Chappy house

Lots of pots and pans and other cooking items. Glad we brought many of own kitchen essentials tho. And we packed lots of food to cook during the week which we were glad we did. Only used the car to get back and forth to the ferry. Otherwise used the busses or walked. Great place to explore and the home was a perfect base!

Chappy Derby Fishing

House and property were excellent! Close to the entrance to Mytoi and Chappy beaches and a short ride from the ferry to Edgartown. House had four bedroom with two full bathrooms and an excellent outside shower on the lower deck. Living area upstairs was elevated and surrounded by a large deck with an outside table, seating and a nice grill. House was very comfortable and fully stocked with all the items needed, kitchen equipment, supplies and spices, etc.. Laundry area was complete with detergent, dryer sheets and extra towels. We really didn't need to bring any extra supplies to live in the house which isn't always the case in a rental. Very comfortable, well appointed home in an excellent location. Everything worked in the house and the owners were very responsive when called with questions. A very comfortable stay! Highly recommend!
