Close to town and beaches with paved access and plenty of parking. Great outdoor space with amazing views. Located close to Ideal Beach resort area, just down the road. Located two miles south of Garden City center at the mouth of Hodges Canyon. Drive your ATV's directly from the property into the backcountry. Local owners that can help with recommendations and tips.
