Great location. The Adventure park and town close. The house and property met our needs. The grill was not working but they sent someone to service within 20 minutes and saved our family meal. Pool facility was nice. The only thing is you need to understand that the heater only does the pool or the jacuzzi at a time, so you just need to take a look at the schedule that is posted. Kitchen great with everything.

Retreat House

We loved our time at this house! It was well suited for our needs. There were only a few things that needed some attention. The overall cleanliness of the house was ok but the deep cleaning was lacking. There was a lot of dust on everything, many of the comforters were stained, and the rugs and upholstered surfaces were pretty dirty. The ovens also took forever to cook food. On items that should take 45 minutes, we were waiting for two hours. So you would have to plan accordingly! We were on a retreat with a schedule so that issue effected us quite a bit. However, the property and space were beautiful. We would definitely stay again and we hope to! But I would love for those few things to be addressed.

Outstanding View!

The lodge is beautifully situated with an outstanding view of Bear Lake. The lodge served our group of 40 very well. There is plenty of room for large groups. We loved the large bedrooms that easily accommodated each individual family in our group along with the private bathrooms for each bedroom. The indoor pool and hot tub were an added bonus that we all enjoyed. The large kitchen area made meal preparation easy and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking necessities. The upstairs play area for younger children was a favorite! The pool table on the Garden Level had one pocket that was broken and there were some stains on the ottomans. Also, when we arrived, the couch cushions were in disarray in the living room which didn't leave the best first impression. These are the reasons I gave a 4-star rating for the accuracy of the on-line listing. But these few issues could be easily fixed. Overall our family had a great time staying at the lodge and we would rent this property for our family reunion again.

"A Dream is a Wish your Heart Makes!" It's my dream to one day fill a house with 52 of my family! We bought Patagonia hoping one of these days I will be able to fill all the beds with 52 of my family members! I am an only child from a very small family. Growing up, I would always go with my best friend to her family reunions and would be in HEAVEN! I loved the energy, love, drama (haha) laughter, crying (happy and sad) that the family reunions would bring! Now, we have three girls and we hope in the future we will have the same huge family reunions my best friends' family would have. Until then, I hope all of you will have those amazing, never-wanting-to-end family reunions and/or gatherings.

We love the location, view, size of the house and the indoor pool! We Love gathering all of our friends and family at the house! We love the three floors which makes 52 people not feel like a lot of people!
