This 13th-floor condo offers amazing Gulf and beach views from its furnished balcony. Not what we thought

The floors were dirty when we arrived. There were no blankets. We had to buy our own. The beds are very uncomfortable. Most of the kitchen utensils were dirty and needed to be washed.

Everything was great with exception of the listing showing that there was a hot tub and there was not one. Contacting the rental company with this problem was only met with being told it wasn't advertised as being an amenity after showing a screenshot of the listing I was told I would be notified when a resolution was reached. I never heard from them throughout our stay. I had no problem with the property or staff onsite just this particular unresolved issue. Buyer beware.
