Very large house on a quiet bay with easy access to lake. The fall colors were beautiful and the house was packed with amenities. It was especially great for our in laws that needed handicap accessibility and for being pet friendly. We would definitely come back.

We love being by a lake. This place has amazing views and we were able to walk right to the water and did a bit of kayaking. Such a relaxing stay. Great kitchen. Clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Our 2nd trip to the House on Round and we will be back. The house is perfect for our family . . . rustic luxury, pet friendly, quiet/private and easy access to the lake and boat. Jesse (host) takes care of every detail and communicated before, during and after our stay to make sure we had everything we need. Hayward Bliss!

Had a perfect “Up North” getaway with the family. The lake home & views were gorgeous and exactly as advertised. Having the pontoon boat on site and ready upon arrival was very convenient too! Great trip!

Wonderful cabin

The cabin was perfect for our family vacation. The cabin has plenty of space, was well equipped and clean. We rented the pontoon and it was so nice to explore the lake. The owner was very quick with responding to any questions. I would stay here again if I was in the Hayward area again.

It was lovely

Enjoyed ourselves ...enjoyed the home.. A bit pricey. So not sure if we would be able to go back. Loved our few days off the farms.

Gorgeous home, and extremely comfortable!

We all loved the home! It is comfortable, and well-furnished; the kitchen is well stocked; the beds were quite comfortable too. The owner was having issues with the home's HVAC, but he kept us apprised so there were no surprises. We were sorry to leave!

The cabin location was excellent. It was located on a quiet bay off the main lake .The beds and main room furniture was very comfortable. Absolutely love the driveway with a large circle by the cabin to pull a trailer into and not have to worry about backing it out. Would like to see the king bed moved into the main floor master. Jesse was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you. Will be back someday.

Wonderful Getaway

First and foremost, the host was extremely helpful. They stayed in contact throughout the process and were quick to respond to questions before and during the stay. The property was beautiful. It was extremely clean and well cared for. While there are neighbors, you wouldn’t know it. It was quiet and peaceful the entire day. The perfect relaxing getaway location. There is a very nice level side yard that is perfect for yard games.

A Calm Christmas Break

Our family had a challenging year and needed a calm Christmas celebration. The cabin was lovely, in a beautiful setting. It was spacious, allowing us the room for solitude and then togetherness. There was not one thing that we needed that wasn't in the cabin. It gave each of us the time to recharge and reset. Thank you. Thank you

Beautiful Setting

My family and I exclusively stay at VRBO properties and average 6 or more stays over the course of a year. This property is in a beautiful setting, far enough from the main road where you do not have much road noise. Access to the lake is excellent and having a pair of loons calling every night at dark was nothing short of magical. We were however a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the property however, that would not prevent us from staying again. The host was extremely accommodating to all of our questions and requests. A great experience and we will most likely visit again.

Awesome Property

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Plenty of room to spread out and had everything we needed right down to chairs to use around the bonfire. It was nice to have 2 refrigerators so we could store extra beverages in one and keep the food in the other. Eliminated the need for coolers. Able to set up a yard game next to the deck in the backyard. Enjoyed tooling around the lakes in the kayaks that were provided. Great views! Host quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Our family absolutely loved this property. It was so clean and had everything you could want available. Loved the welcome gift too! The lake was not busy being early in the season, so that was a huge plus and we caught fish every day! Beautiful sunsets and lots of wildlife. The host was very communicative and had plenty of advice on local spots. Great start to the summer!
