This beautiful home, tucked away in the Paradise Pointe community, allows guests to enjoy a peaceful vacation surrounded by the wetlands of Port Aransas. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has amazing outside space with a large covered hangout downstairs including string lighting and picnic table. You'll also find a 2nd floor covered deck with outdoor dining that overlooks the large community pond.

Inside, large picture windows bring great natural light into the home while also allowing for views of the pond. Comfortable furnishings in the living room and a large flat screen streaming TV provide a cozy lounging spot to kick back and relax. There is a dining table with seating for 4 with an additional 4 seats along the custom island. Fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking essentials.

The first guest room boasts a king bed and the 2nd guest room has a queen bed and flat screen streaming tv. These two rooms share a common hall bath with tiled tub shower combo. The master bedroom has a striking king bed, flat screen streaming tv, and an en suite with tiled walk in shower. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the front deck which is accessible from the hallway.

There is a large laundry room with full size washer dryer for guest use. Wifi is provided for guest use and theSpectrum cable app is available on all TVs. Guests are also welcome to login to their own Netflix or other streaming apps.

Paradise Pointe has a great community pool only a few spaces down from this home which guests will have access to.

Please note: The garage is reserved exclusively for owner use. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 standard sized vehicles. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. No street parking or parking on vacant lots.

This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.

Winter Texans - this property is available monthly from November through February.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.

INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
