Charming & simple, 2 bedroom/1 bath home. This quiet residential location is within walking distance to the Kansas State Fair Grounds, restaurants and more. Centrally located near Main & 30th street. Also just a short 5 minute drive to the HCC Hutchinson Sports Arena.

Refinished hardwood floors & new luxury vinyl flooring. Interior completely remodeled for a fresh comfort feel. Hi Speed Wifi for all of your devices.

We do allow up to 2 small dogs with request. We ask that dogs are kept crated if you leave the property so they are not to be left free to roam around the house. Pets are not allowed in the beds and we ask that you wipe your dogs feet as they come in and out of the house to prevent tracking mud or dirt inside.

Awesome place to stay

It is very clean & centrally located. We have stayed at this property 3/4 times & enjoyed it each time. The host is awesome & so prompt with communication & so accommodating! Would surely stay there again!

Tops over staying in a motel!

The minute one would walk through the front door, they would feel at home. Very tastefully decorated with warm colors and decor. The temperature was easy to adjust, appreciated security lighting, very nice linens, and bedding. Appliances were very nice, but for one who planned to cook three meals a day, were lacking a few sizes of bakeware and pans. Overall, had enough to make the stay enjoyable. We would recommend to anyone as well!

Don’t know how it would have been better

Perfect location for us, quiet, and comfy for my wife and I on this our first VRBO experience. Booking was easy, host was fantastic to respond and help with our questions during the whole time visiting this community. We certainly will book here again with this host and/or property should our travels bring us back up this way,, Thanks!
