Shabby Chic , meets farmhouse sleek. 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, 2 car garage. All amenities just bring your toothbrush. 2 outdoor patios, large fenced in backyard. Full kitchen, formal dining, basement has a pool table, fooseball and fireplace. Close to the Kansas State Fair. Kansas Cosmosphere and the Strataca Salt Museum. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and nice walking trails. Master bedroom has a king bed. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and a crib in the room. The 3rd Bedroom is in the basement ( does not have an egress window ) Queen bed.

We (my wife, my sister and I) spent a week in this house for a family event. The house was extremely clean and exactly as described in the listing. The house had everything one could need for cooking, entertainment, etc. It was conveniently located and close to everything. It is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We definitely would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

For our little weekend getaway to see the Cosmosphere and visit the sedgwick County zoo, this house was nice. Location was great and we had a great time with a family game night after doing everything we wanted to do.

Great house

We were in town for a wedding and found this house to be great for our short stay. Well stocked kitchen, quiet walkable neighborhood, and the kids were happy to find a closet full of toys!

A Great Place in Hutch

The house is beautifully appointed, the beds are comfortable, plenty of seating for the 5 of us, the kitchen well set up, the back deck is a bit of heaven............we loved it!!

The stay was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils needed. I did bring my Ninja and a hand mixer because I needed to make desserts for the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. The dining and living spaces were comfortable and my adult boys enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. It was a perfect spot for us to stay. The hosts were great, helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

This well- kept property is in a quiet neighborhood with other nice single family residences. Not too far from a grocery store. The interior is as pictured, nice and clean. In the kitchen you'll have access to just about every small appliance needed. (We saw both a Keurig AND a 12-cup coffee pot for you coffee drinkers) It's quite easy to feel "at home" during your stay, with the cozy living areas and bedrooms. The basement offers an additional space that we didn't use, but was it was clean and inviting. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and recommend it to you!

Home away from home.

Way better than I expected. The place was incredibly clean and decorated so nice. Quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I hope to do it again.
