*PLEASE NOTE* Regal Palms charges a facility use fee for the amenities inside the resort. This is not optional and will be collected at check-in. Guests will be provided with access bracelets. The fee is approx $20/day for the unit*. However, seasonal snowbirds or sun-loving lizards staying with us over 30 days receive a discounted daily rate applied November through April. The resort will collect this amount upon arrival during check-in. Search/Follow Regal Palms Clubhouse on FB for current activities.

Girls Trip

Condo was just like the pictures. Clean and plenty of room for the four of us. Host was very informative. The only downside was the hot tub at the pool was not working during our stay, but the host had no control over that. Otherwise it was a great stay.

This home is beautiful. Tyler and Emily are absolutely WONDERFUL!! They are great to work with, easy to contact fast communication. The refrigerator freezer was not working well, we contacted them. They had someone at the home to look at it and a new refrigerator the following day!!! I will definitely stay here again when we vacation. Thank you for a great stay🥰
