HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
Regal Palms Resort has enough amenities to keep everyone happy and active! There is a Sand Volleyball Courts, Minimarket, Playground, Lazy River, Water slide, Beach Style Pool. There is much more in this gated community such as dining options with two great restaurants and also a Tiki Bar. To keep you and your guests even more relaxed, you all can count with a Spa and a Fitness Center.

TO ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM
To ensure the safety and smooth experience for all guests and staff, the Resort Community has specific guidelines regarding gate check-ins. In order to facilitate a hassle-free stay, we kindly request that you provide the names of all drivers and guests at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Failure to comply with this procedure may result in the denial of entrance by the community, or extra fees for each unregistered guest. It is essential to follow all the Resort Community policies.
We appreciate your cooperation in following these instructions for a seamless check-in process. Thank you for your understanding.
Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE: The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability. • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
PARKING • Each home has a driveway that can fit up to 3 cars, depending on the size. • There is overflow parking on one of the streets for extra vehicles. • Each home has a 3-vehicle limit. • There ́s no street parking or parking on grass at any time • Every vehicle will need a pass, otherwise they are at a risk of getting tagged and towed.
CLUBHOUSE • There is only a max of 10 wristbands that are to be given out per guest per stay. • Each guest upon arrival will get bands for the facilities to get into the pool area and into the guard gate. • They are expected to return these back otherwise they will be charged a fee of $10 per missing band. • Resort fee: $22.40 per day - per house (mandatory fee, payment made to the resort upon arrival at the condo). This fee is subject to change without prior notice.
TRASH • Trash is picked up every other day, the pick up time is usually early in the morning around 7AM-12PM. • Put it out the night before to ensure it gets picked up 12. All garbage must be bagged in garbage bags. The trash company will not pick up any loose trash or anything in grocery bags.

The place would of been good if it wasn’t for the dirty carpet, which is not sanitary with little kids. Also several verticals were damaged.

I must say for a last minute booking it was okay. Didn't accommodate everyone I came with. They put my family and I in the wrong home so it made us have to improvise. A few things in the home was already damaged when we arrived. The carpet was filthy there was screws throughout the house. However they water park was amazing my entire family had a ball in the pool.

This place was dirty, the master bedroom mattress was worn out big time. I killed 6 cockroaches.
I liked the resort and it’s amenities. However, this unit was disgusting. The beds didn’t even have a fitted sheet. After sleeping on it with springs in my back I woke up on a bare mattress. The 4 teenagers we had wouldn’t even sleep on the beds. They said they were filthy. Hair, crumbs, and something else on the linens. My friend called the PM the next morning and they came out to replace the linens. They still didn’t put a fitted sheet on the beds and the new linens smelled like oil. He called and complained again. I got an email from the PM saying we could leave. I honestly would have if I could’ve found a different place to fit all of us on Memorial Day Weekend. I could not. The thing that got to me were the roaches!! I live 3 hours south in Florida. I get Fl bugs. Ghost ants, love bugs even the dreaded Palmetto bugs we have. These were straight up Roaches!! That’s where I draw the line. Also, the unit had a weird smell to it.

Enjoyed our stay. Property could stand some improvements.
First of all, the positives: the condo was well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. We would be happy to stay here again with a few changes. The most obvious change is that the king size bed mattress is worn out. It is broken down, you can feel the springs, and it was very uncomfortable. My husband and I both woke up with a backache every morning. Since it was just the two of us, I can not comment on the other beds. We would have appreciated some instructions to go with the television in the living room. It took us a full day to figure out how to use it. And one final small item: we were disappointed that we had to go to Walmart the first day there to purchase two folding beach chairs so that we could sit outside. They were no porch or patio chairs available for all three outdoor spaces. One set of light weight chairs would be sufficient but they are definitely needed! After we bought our chairs, we did enjoy sitting outside drinking our morning and evening coffee since it’s a lovely neighborhood. We appreciated the nice touches, such as a bag of kitchen and bathroom supplies that were left on the counter for us, extra blankets and new counter appliances. This is our second year at Regal Palms and we enjoy it very much. We look forward to coming back. We wish the owner of this condo much success. We appreciate the good service we have received through Vrbo.

El fee del resort es muy elevado en función al monto del alquiler, y no se puede evitar.
Linda casa, muy comoda y en un condominio privado. Tiene pocas sillas (solo 3), y no es logico en función a la cantidad de camas de la misma.
