A 15 min drive to Disney, this beautiful 5 bed, 4.5 bath home sleeps up to 10 people. After a day at the parks, unwind with the family by taking a dip in the private swimming pool / jacuzzi on the back patio. The kitchen has the essentials and there's plenty of space in the house to spread out, relax, and enjoy each other's company. Complete your Orlando visit by staying at this immaculate home!!

Optional POOL and SPA/HOT TUB heat is $65 per day for the duration of the stay minimum and should be requested and paid before arrival.

Pool heat is recommended October - April and is set to ~80 F.
Pool takes ~24 hrs+ to heat up and cool down, so please be considerate of the time needed when booking.

Please note the pool pumps have a safety mechanism to prevent overheating during cold weather conditions. This leads to an automatic, temporary shut off of services until the pump can regain its functionality in a safe and efficient manner.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The house was excellent and the pool was phenomenal. We stayed 9 days and couldn't have been happier. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Brayden, the host was very responsive and a gem to deal with.

Home away from Home!

My family had an amazing stay at Tuscan place! The home was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay with an amazing pool and spa! Communication with the host was easy and was answered in a timely fashion. Definitely would stay again!

The house was clean and just as described. We had plenty of space and were all comfortable. Disney was about 25 min away and Universal 45 with traffic. Overall great experience!

The size of this house was perfect for our family. It had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy. The heated pool and spa were amazing and the temperature was perfect. The furniture and squeaky beds could use updating but overall, it was a great stay. We would stay there again and recommend.

Orlando Gem

Very reasonably priced accommodations for large family, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Made it easy to hang out in the pool. Pool was very warm in February and was nice to relax. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Amazing Rental Home

This is beautiful home with plenty of space and an amazing pool area. The pictures are exactly accurate and it is a great location. The owners were amazing and available at a moments notice. It was the best service I have had since using VRBO. If I travel to this area of Florida in the future, I would definitely rent this home again.

The interaction with the host was amazing! Super fast and attentive. The home needs new mattresses every ones beds the springs were ready to pop out . Home needs more pillows/ newer pillows. And more towels. There was a few bathroom that had no bathroom mat . Not safe very slippery. The couch in the living room/ kitchen area we old and sunkin in . Beside that the home was spacious and lived the gated community the bedroom with the queen bed upstairs the blinds can’t be opened because they are broken and the piece that separates the floor and rug the tack trips are visual and they hurt when you step on them . But again the home it self was amazing

Beautiful home!

Brayden, the property manager, was fantastic with his communication and explanation whenever I had a question. This house had plenty of room. The layout is pretty, the pool is great and the high ceilings make you feel you’re in a luxurious rental. Everything worked properly. A little updating, paint and TLC and this rental will knock it out of the park!!

Pleasant Ladies Trip

Plenty of room for the 3 of us ladies to enjoy our own spaces. We were able to comfortably gather & enjoy ourselves in the open living areas. Well stocked kitchen. Coffee pot broke during stay, so we ran to WalMart & purchased a cheap 15 pot and left it for future guests to use. Wish we would've know that the hot tub jets did not "jet".....Felt like we were sitting in a very warm bath tub in our bathing suits. Would enjoy coming back again int he future. Very well communicated with. Safe area and felt very secure and private.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was spacious and comfortably accommodated our two families with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and dine in, which made meals easy and convenient.The pool area was wonderful — very clean, relaxing, and especially child-friendly, which we truly appreciated. The beds were comfortable overall, though a few of the mattresses could use an upgrade in the future. We also recommend bringing extra sheets or blankets, as no extra were provided. That said, there were plenty of towels and washcloths available for our group.The location was perfect — in a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to Disney, Universal, shopping, and several grocery stores. It made getting everywhere quick and easy. Brayden was very responsive! He was a fantastic host.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to other families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!
