Historic Victorian home with ocean view in Downtown Ventura.
-Enjoy sunsets from the front porch and evening fires in the gas fireplace
-Bake in the Sauna, workout with weights, or plunge in ice bath
-Fully equipped kitchen upstairs; Well equipped kitchenette in studio downstairs
-Fenced in front and back yards for your pets; parking in driveway
-Bicycles, Smart TV's, books to read, grill out in private back yard
-Beach chairs, towels
-High ceilings, beautiful stained glass windows, 1800 sq ft.

The Space:
-Spacious 3 br, 1 ba in upstairs main house; Small studio, 1 ba downstairs
-Garden and outdoor dining in front yard; outdoor dining, grilling area, gym and sauna in back yard.
-The driveway fits 2 cars, and there is additional free street parking available.
-Large windows = tons of natural light;
-Weather stays pretty cool year round;

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property and can use any of the amenities and appliances. Please only park on the FAR LEFT side of the driveway and pull all the way up to not block the neighbors; it is a shared double driveway situation.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located close to lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping in downtown Ventura. 5-10 minute bike ride to the Ventura pier. All of the neighbors are old and very sensitive to loud noise and parties happening.

Getting Around:
You can park in the driveway and also on the street. There is plenty of parking. Walking and biking are great options for downtown Ventura as well.

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow parties or any events under any circumstances. No loud music or noise after 10pm.

Beautiful house in a great location
The property is lovely. High ceilings, hardwood floors, large rooms so everyone could spread out, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen. Austin was easy to work with. Close to downtown and 1-mile walk to the beach. Only drawback was just one bathroom on the main floor, but we made it work. The sauna was great! Would definitely rent this place again.

Ventura home
The location was good and we were able to walk wherever we wanted. The property was advertised as having three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but only had one bathroom. There was a problem with the heater the first night that was fixed for us for the second night.
