About this property

Cozy Camp in the woods surrounded by nature.!

Hidden camp in the woods surrounded by peaceful nature. In walking distance to Asheulot Lake. Hiking and biking trails right out your door. Beautiful sunsets and lake views off the front porch. In the summer it is perfect for swimming and fishing. Winter time, this camp is located on the NH Snowmobile System. A perfect spot to hop right on the trails.
There is also trails for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. The lake is perfect for ice skating and ice fishing.
The space.
Beautiful updated camp located by Asheulot Lake. A short 5 minute walk to swimming and the boat launch. There is a canoe and life vests available at the cabin for guests to use. Located by the property of Lucky 7 Farm, is a full working and teaching farm. You may visit the animals during your stay, or stock up on loacally made and grown goodies at our seasonal farmstand. Let us know if you would like us to fill the fridge with any of our pasture raised meats, eggs, bread or delicious goodies for your stay, (see guidebook below). The camp offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. A toasty gas fireplace. Full kitchen with all your cooking/baking needs. Relaxing deck overlooking the woods and water. There is a grill for BBQ in the summer months. Guests have full access to a full state of the art gym for all your fitness needs.
40 minutes to the mountains for skiing or hiking. Bike trails abundant. Our camp is surrounded by tress and wildlife. A peaceful escape that will leave you relaxed and content. Please note: the cabin does not have the ability to charge electric cars. There is a charging station nearby In Keene.
Guest access
Private swimming area and boat launch. Perfect for boating, kayaking and canoeing. Access to full gym right next door to the camp. The gym is open to guests of the camp year round. It is a full gym with everything you will need for your fitness needs.
Other things to note
Lucky 7 Farm Education Center and Wilderness Retreat is open to the public and is a short walk from the camp. We are open to the public for tours. Our farm stand is open during the Summer/Fall and is filled with fresh homegrown goodies. Please note: the cabin does not have the ability to charge electric cars. There is a charging station nearby in Keene.

Wonderful Retreat

The property was very clean and stocked with all we needed for a long weekend getaway. It is everything you want in a cozy cottage in the woods. My only request to the owner would be to invest in a new pullout couch as the one there is very difficult to sleep on and we needed to put the mattress on the floor. Other than that, it was a wonderful retreat for us as a family for a few days.

Get Away from it All!!

Cozy, quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed camp in the woods. If you are looking for solitude, you have found it. Sadly, it was pouring down rain during our stay, so we cannot tell you about the lake, but we highly recommend visiting the farm animals and meeting the owners if you are so inclined. Our hosts were helpful and friendly, and communication and check in went off without a hitch. Very nice stay.

Perfect family getaway

We booked the cabin in the woods for family ski/snowboard trip. Crotched mountain was perfect for the kids learning and for us to enjoy as well. The mountain was about 45 minute drive from the cabin. We also were able to skate on the lake which it's a few minutes walk from the cabin. We really enjoyed exploring the farm and meeting the animals. I asked ahead of our stay what they would have available to purchase from the farm and Jenny stocked our fridge with delicious pasture raised meats. Everything was so yummy we stocked our cooler to bring as much home as we could. The cabin was exactly as described. Cozy cabin in the woods. The sunrise is spectacular and brings the woods to life. We had fun watching the blue jays from the window and our dog enjoyed sniffing all the tracks in the snow. Our family really enjoyed this getaway and would definitely book the cozy cabin again.
