Have fun with the whole family in this Beautiful, Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 bath Modern Home! This home features a Large Open Floor plan, keyless entry, smart thermostats and highspeed wifi. Just minutes from downtown Woodstock, the outlets and the lake makes this the perfect getaway spot! With plenty to do in the neighborhood including tennis courts, Basketball courts, and Olympic Pool once you get here you’ll never want to leave
The space
The Main Bedroom has a 55" Ultra Hi Def TV with High Speed Internet, ensuite featuring a Garden Tub and Rainfall shower with double sinks. Each Supporting bedroom is beautifully appointed with Comfy Queen beds. The Loft is a great hang out place to play games or watch a movie! It even doubles as a 4th bedroom with a Futon that converts to a double bed. The Kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need to cook that perfect meal. Coffee Station equipped with Keurig and Drip with Coffee/Sweeteners/Creamer
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. Three bedrooms plus a loft that also sleeps two. A full kitchen, laundry and two and a half bathrooms.
The neighborhood has an Olympic sized swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, kids playground and an indoor gym. There is also a sweets shop in the neighborhood for those with a sweet tooth.
Other things to note
We want to be good neighbors, so please respect quiet time 11:00 pm - 8:00 am. No parties are allowed. We are located in a beautiful family friendly neighborhood with very strict parking guidelines. Attached two car garage is available for our guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during our son’s wedding at nearby Rustix Manor! Home was very clean with lots of kitchen supplies and everything else needed. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds. Enclosed carport was nice. The extra room with a fold out couch and tv was useful! Communication was speedy snd helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home close to mountain biking trails north of Atlanta

We picked this property primarily for its close proximity to excellent mountain biking trails in the area. We were very happy to find the home to be in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There was ample space in the garage for our vehicle, and mountain bikes when we were not using them. The home itself was very clean and well appointed. The furniture was very up-to-date and comfortable for relaxing around the large screen television. The kitchen was very modern with every imaginable amenity. This property was perfect for our family and we would definitely book it again if we return to this area.

Felt like home :)

My husband and I are moving to the area and needed a place to stay while we looked around. Gigi‘s turned out to be an awesome find for us it was large enough that we could both work from home. The Internet was fast which made working from home hassle free. We went to Woodstock which is just a few miles up the road each evening for dinner and drove around to various locations and different towns. This rental is very central to almost anything you need to do…..Starbucks and Publix about 1 mile away. The home was extremely clean very well appointed and I could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend Gigi’s if you’re ever in the area and need a great place to stay. Just a great find!!!

My husband and I have owned this home for years. We lived there when we first moved to Woodstock. It's a beautiful house in a great neighborhood. We have three adult sons that are all married and now they have sons of their own. Our first granddaughter is on the way!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love this home and the neighborhood is wonderful! Quiet streets and very safe and friendly place to spend your time. There is a wonderful "community" feel, however no one will bother you. There are tennis courts, basketball courts and a luxury resort pool! The house has three bedrooms and a spacious loft that has a leather couch futon that pulls open to a double bed. The beds are incredibly comfortable! The house has a great open floor plan perfect entertaining.

What makes this property unique

The house is very open and airy! A really great home, large enough for a big family or group, but cozy enough and private enough for really anything you could need. The bedrooms are spaced so that the main suite is distanced from the others rooms. The loft space is either a second "Family Room" or "Bedroom". The loft also makes for a great movie or game room.
