We thoroughly enjoyed welcoming in the New Year at the White House on the Hill with our adult kids and their spouses, and a new puppy! Location was very convenient to our extended family who live in the area. Betsy was great to work with.

Baseball stay close to east Cobb complex

Had everything we needed. Comfy beds, cute decor. Short on closet/cabinet space but we made due just fine. Close to fields for PG tournament. Loved it.

A wonderful 4th of July!

We loved our stay! The house was clean and felt very “homey” with its decor. Each room was comfortable and the appliances were all up to date. We arrived to a fridge stocked with a handful of goodies along with complimentary candy and Georgia peaches… a reflection of the owner’s commitment to us having a great stay. Betsy was communicative and always wanted to ensure we had the best experience possible. The back patio was beautiful and a great way to spend a morning with a cup of coffee while watching the birds. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Nice stay in a cozy home

We had a great stay in this pretty GA home. Betsy was very responsive and a good communicator. The home is decorated nicely and the fresh flowers were a beautiful touch. It was a good location and plenty of space.

Relaxing and beautiful

We stayed over labor day weekend and it was awesome. Elizabeth was super easy to get ahold of and went above and beyond for us. When we got there, they had snacks and cold water ready for us as well as fresh towels in the bathrooms. We all really enjoyed our stay and its super close to the amphitheater which was perfect because we were going to a concert.

Perfect getaway.

The house was very charming. It had everything we needed for a perfect weekend away. The host was amazing at communicating with me prior, during and after our stay. The extra touches of snacks, flowers and fresh drinks in the fridge made us feel right at home. We brought two dogs with us, and they seemed to have enjoyed the stay as much as we did. Highly recommend.

Very dissapointed!!!

We rented this property because we wanted to spend some vacations days, not the miserable days we had to spend there! Since the first night, we had issues with the property. When we arrived, there was a small trailer at the front blocking the entrance, so we have to get in by the garage. We requested the owner to remove it. Next morning she went to remove it 2 feet back which I was not agree with. At the end, she took it away. That was not needed to argue about it. Later, my son got a little sick because he had some issues to breath. So, we thought it would be some allergy to the dust. So, I decided to clean the house. We vacuumed it but I did not expect to find the property as dirty as the vacuum cleaner picked up so much filth and dirt. We vacuumed all the property!! Spent 3 hours cleaning, floors, carpet, furniture! I called the owner and she said she had vacuumed for 2 days. It was so ridiculous to say it when we would prove with pictures and videos of all the dirt that came out from the vacuum. She said it would be from the carpet on the kitchen, but it was not true. My son's room was the worst. We had to wash curtains due to the dust. We contacted to VRBO, provided proof what we did, but they did not provide any solution either. My son was treated in emergency room 2 nights after we were there due to the allergens due to the dirt of the property. And there were other small issues, but I hope nobody else goes through an experience like this.

Marlene, it is unfortunate that you were dissatisfied with your stay. I would have appreciated that you let me know of all of your complaints during your stay so I could have remedied any of the issues. You did let me know that you had health issues, however, you never mentioned any issues regarding your son and his allergies. Yes, you let you know you were cleaning due to you health issues and were unable to sleep however, I would have appreciated it if you would have let me know how big of an issue this was since your communication with me did not give any where close to that perception. If I was made aware of how you felt, I would have the cleaners come do an additional cleaning. It is unfortunate that you waited until after you left to claim all your money back through Vrbo since I have had nothing but five star reviews from my previous guest. I strive for the absolute best for my guests and this could have been remedied this at the beginning of your stay.
