Cozy, clean, relaxing, safe home

If you need temporary relaxing, safe, clean space this is the home for you. It's central location is close to Community Hospital and St. Marys Hospital. Its in a quiet subdivision with sidewalks and a quick drive to Mesa Mall among lots of other shopping. Convenient to nearby restaurants, and two movie theaters as well. Two car garage secured, and available to you. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and WiFi through out the house. Games, puzzle, cards available. New clean Gas BBQ grill ready for you to enjoy.

Come turn on the fire place, sip coffee, tea or some hot chocolate. We look forward to sharing our home with you.

Wonderful stay

We needed a place that was close to our kids for a few days and was big enough for our small group, and this home did not disappoint. The home was nicely kept and warm during the cold temperatures of a Colorado winter and was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Nice long weekend stay.

Stayed for Thanksgiving. The house was very nice, clean, and we'll furnished. Location is a bit far from downtown, if you are looking to get out and about. But, if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood to enjoy other parts of grand junction, it was great.

Absolutely Perfect

This home was a home away from home. We have learned traveling is best when you feel at home where you are staying. This home had all the amenities you could ever think of, very clean and was in a nice neighborhood. The host was very friendly and amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Communication was good and everything was as expected. It would be nice to have hangers in the closets and a bedside table in the master. I would stay here again.

Amazing house and owners

The house was the cleanest and nicest vrbo we have ever stayed in. Owners were easy to get ahold and house was a great location to everything. The only thing i would change is night stands in master and curtains in bedrooms. Beside the two things place was amazing. Will use this place every year when we come out

This home was absolutely perfect! The location is very centralized to all the shopping & eating places you need! Chad & Heidi we’re the absolute best hosts we could ask for! The home was beautiful throughout and provided everything you need (with a lot of extras as well) for a home away from home vibe. The community around was very quiet and the people were friendly. When we return to Junction we will be booking this home again, no question! Thank you Chad & Heidi! P.S the honey was delicious!
