Great for solo or a couple's trip

Nice and cozy apartment, good security, offers a parking space. Lost the key so getting in and out was reliant on the host but they were pretty good with it. Right in front of a bus stop that opens options for you to go anywhere around town. A/C works good, right next to the university and downtown, pretty peaceful too.
