What’s not to love about this place! Idyllic. Appreciate the fine attention to detail! Every space in this home was inviting. A quiet space for reflection and quality time with my spouse nestled amongst the trees! Didn’t want to leave!

Cabin is correctly named! When you drive up, it reminds me of Snow White. And then you walk in and it is just so adorable and cozy. Beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. Close to Franklin and lots of hiking trails. Home is well stocked for our needs. My only regret is not using the hammock more. Definitely would like to come back.

Our stay at the Storybook Cottage was wonderful and such a delight! The check-in process was easy and smooth, and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay. We were mostly there during the evenings since we spent our days exploring Tennessee, but it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind.The bed was extremely comfortable and inviting, and the TV and internet worked great with no issues at all. The little kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities we needed as well.Our host, Matthew, was so nice and accommodating and was kind enough to allow us an early check-in, which was very helpful. He was also quick to communicate and very responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything.Another bonus is the location. Everything in the area is generally about a 10–15 minute drive to get to a restaurant or other necessities, which we found very convenient. At the same time, you’re staying in a beautiful rural area that is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing.Outside, there was also a hammock and a cute little fire pit, although unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use them during our stay.I would definitely recommend the Storybook Cottage for a relaxing getaway. If we’re ever in the area again, we would absolutely love to stay here!

We had a fantastic relaxing weekend at Storybook Cottage. We last stayed here 9 years ago. Such a great space for enjoying your family, reading, relaxing outside, and enjoying quiet meals in either the quaint breakfast nook or fabulous sun porch!

Perfect Retreat

This was the perfect place for us to retreat and do a Reiki training. It was away from all the typical distractions but close enough to Leipers Fork where we could leave Saturday night for dinner and hear some live music. Great property and outdoor spaces.

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful cabin in woods!

Beautiful cabin in woods about 5 minutes outside of downtown Liepers Fork. Our family enjoyed the beauty of the forest and easy access to the local landmarks like Fox and Locke, where my husband even got to sing on stages during their open mic. Great experience all around.

Sweet cottage in idyllic location

Matthew was so helpful and communicative every step of the way. The house is in an incredibly peaceful and beautiful location, but just a few minutes from Leiper’s Fork village. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect! It’s stunning with amazing attention to detail and in a quiet location! Great for a getaway but not the best if you’re wanting to go to/from Nashville several times. Otherwise, we loved it!

A favorite chapter

Storybook cottage was the perfect place for us to revisit our Tennessee roots while celebrating our 35th Anniversary! The peaceful setting and close proximity to Leiper's Fork and Franklin gave us the opportunity to hear some fantastic country music and enjoy great southern foods. In our book of travels, our time at the cottage will always be a favorite chapter.
