This is a spacious modern home located in one of Austin's up and coming neighborhoods, this location is near shopping, bars, amazing restaurants, and no more than 12-15 mins from Downtown (SXSW), Rainey St, UT, Zilker Park (ACL Fest) & Circuits of America (Formula 1)!

This luxurious home is also perfect for a group of 7-9 guests comfortably (but up to 11) whether you're travelers, a large family or here on business.

Beautiful home

We went to Austin to celebrate my sisters upcoming marriage. There was 9 of us and we fit very comfortably. The owner was very responsive to messages. There were towels and toiletries provided along with snacks and waters. Would def. Recommend this rental to friends!

Convenient & Clean

While the neighborhood in this area consists of some older homes, this house and a few others on the block stand apart. Being located on a cul-de-sac meant less traffic passing by and we were close enough to store and food to have things delivered. The owner was very responsive, especially when we arrive in a warm VRBO and they fixed the issue within the hour of us arriving. Ubers were not expensive to get to downtown and cars were easily able to pick us up and drop us off. Would absolutely stay here again!
