This one bedroom one bath condo located in a gated community has a spacious 1 story floor plan. It is tastefully decorated for your home away from home. This condo space is perfect for couples or small family of four or less. Our space is also perfect for the business traveler to work remotely, with extremely fast internet. The floor plan features a large living room with a dedicated dining area with table and four chairs, open kitchen, separate laundry area, spacious bedroom, and bathroom, with tub/shower combo and a screened porch. Bar area has two bar stools for you to enjoy a bite to eat. The couch has a pullout sleeper. Large Flat panel 49-inch HD TV in the living room and the bedroom have 32-inch flat-panel television. The screened porch has two loungers and a table and is a great place for your morning coffee. The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. 1 car garage gives you an extra place to park your car.

We recently upgraded our unit to give you the luxury stay you are looking for. Your bed is prepped just for you with top-of-the-line sheets and pillows with a fantastic pillow top mattress. When you ready to turn into bed you will find we have turned back your bed and left an Andes Mint on each pillow. Your bedroom also has a private walk-in closet with full dresser with a full length mirror also a sitting area to do your make-up and hair with mirror and lighting. The bathroom has long body towels and wash cloths that are soft, plush and top of the line. You will also find the bathroom fully stocked with Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner and Lotion as well as a blow dryer and extra towels. In the kitchen you will find a fully equipped kitchen. We provide a Keurig Coffee Maker for your morning coffee along with a couple of Otis Spunkmeyer Muffins and three types of coffee flavoring such a hazel nut, french vanilla and more. We have added tea to our full line of coffee as well as hot chocolate. We also provide ice cold bottled water in the refrigerator when you arrive and a few light snacks for you to enjoy such as crackers, chips, rice crispy treats and more.

The unit is in the perfect location. It is close to Shands, UF, VA, UF Vet School, Shopping, nightlife and so much more. Our condo backs up to Celebration Pointe where you will find restaurants, AMC Movie Theatre, Bass Pro Shop and much more. Our condo is minutes to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, and about 30 minutes to the springs such as Blue and Poe Springs. This unit is perfect for the traveling family or business traveler.

Very nice and clean property, close to I-75 but convenient for all parts of Gainesville: not far from campus, right next to Celebration Pointe/Butler Plaza and not far from all areas of town. Very helpful owner who was attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Fantastic stay

I stayed here with my mom while my daughter played at a tournament in Newberry. The location was fantastic. Everything was as described. We did not use the pool or fitness center because we were just there to go to softball games, but it was clean and everything in working order. We had everything we needed. Communication with property manager was excellent….Highly recommend!!!

Great Property/Great Owner!

We came down for our son's graduation at UF. The property was top-shelf in every way. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Even though we didn't have a chance to use the amenities, pool, exercise room, etc., we did walk through and everything looked great. If I had known about this property before this stay, we would have stayed here each time we came down to visit our son or drop him off for the school year (4 years). The property was absolutely perfect for us (my wife and I).

Perfect for us!

My 12 year old daughter and I stayed 4 nights. We arrived later than expected for check in. Greg promptly got back to me so I was able to enter the property. Our apartment was immaculate!! We had everything we needed including cold water, coffee and a basket of snack sized chips. My daughter and I had the pool and gym to ourselves during our stay which was nice. Greg promptly returned text messages with any issues I had (mainly how to enter the pool/gym and finding the unit) since it was dark when we arrived the number on the unit was hard to see. We will definately be staying again!
