This Tudor Craftsman style home was built circa 1904-1910. It has a rich history, originally built by and for the builder of the neighborhood who lived here first. A wedding ceremony was once performed on the interior staircase. Comcast commercials have been filmed here. It served as a boarding house for a time during the depression. And most notably, the Rich’s department store family (who later sold to Macy’s) lived here. Our family also lived here for eleven enjoyable years. The hardwood and marble tile flooring, windows, bathroom fixtures, solid interior doors and plaster walls are all original (with just a few exceptions).
