There are two spacious common areas. Both are great for entertaining and allow for plenty of privacy. There are books and games for your enjoyment. The huge kitchen has plenty of preparation and entertaining space. The kitchen is perfect for hosting dinner parties and feeding large groups and is stocked with everything you need.

Enjoy the cozy outdoor spaces on the multiple porches when the weather is nice.

2 bedrooms with 3 beds (1 queen and 2 full) and 2 bathrooms are on the main floor. Upstairs there is an additional bathroom and a total of 3 beds, 1 full bed in a corner nook, 1 fold out twin bed and 1 queen bed in the bedroom. All the bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers and essential kits in case you forgot anything. In the upstairs bedroom, there is an area for the little ones that includes a play/ nap pen, bassinet and changing area. We also included plenty of children's books and toys to keep the kiddos occupied.

** Please note, this is a historic house so there is no driveway and only street parking. This is a less traveled very quiet street and there is always plenty of space in front of the home for 3 or 4 cars. It is also noted that you must climb a flight of stairs up to the front door.

The entire home is available for use. There's a cleaners nook behind the upstairs bedroom

We are local and here whenever you need us! We're available to make recommendations on restaurants, things to do, or questions about the home, but our first priority is to make your stay as wonderful as possible!

Grant Park Neighborhood has lots to offer. Zoo Atlanta, Grant Park itself, lots of great restaurants and bars, and easy access to highways and downtown. All the neighbors are friendly and kept to themselves. Walking distance to great eats and drinks, Mercedes Benz Stadium and Phillips arena are a $6 dollar uber away. Airport is less than 15 minutes door to door.
Cabbage town is 2 blocks away across Memorial Dr. Reynoldstown is just down the street. Oakland Cemetary is walking distance. You can be in Little 5 points or Old fourth ward within minutes, with Piedmont park and midtown less than 4 miles away.

There's a MARTA bus stop at the bottom of the street, MARTA train stop is less than a mile away. Uber rides to downtown range from 4-6 dollars, and airport fares are less than 15.

Street parking only, no fence in backyard. In-town home offers all the luxuries of being in the city, but occasionally you'll get some sounds of sirens and traffic

Strict quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. The house has noise monitors to alert the host when dB levels raise above acceptable levels. Please be mindful of the neighbors and treat the house and neighborhood with respect. If we receive a noise complaint, you will be given one warning and if you do not comply, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and fined $600 if throwing a party.

There is a STRICT no smoking policy in the home. We provide lovely outdoor areas with ashtrays for your use. Please take advantage of the ashtrays and do not throw butts on the ground. If there is any evidence of smoke in the home, you will be fined $300.
? ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

No smoking inside the home! This includes pot.?If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.

? PETS

We just love furbabies but we ask that you please pick up after your dog outside in high traffic areas and do not allow pets on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.
There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.
**We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.

? NO PARTIES

No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party, we will call the cops. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund.

LONG TERM STAYS

Reservations longer than a month will be charged a deep cleaning fee.

? PARTIES IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A $600 FEE AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME RESULTS IN A $300 FEE.

Please respect the home as if it were yours. We work hard to provide clean and comfortable accommodations and amenities for our guests. Damage to property or furnishings will be charged at cost.
