Live/work studio loft nestled in the heart of downtown LA's (DTLA) Arts District. The location is adjacent to Little Tokyo and within a 10-minute walk to Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Broad museum.
This artist loft is situated near numerous galleries, restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues with abundant public transportation options. The Metro is close by as well as the Dash (DTLA Bus).
The Space
The main level offers a generous open living space with high ceilings, a full bathroom, and private outdoor patio. The floor space flows seamlessly with the modern kitchen, which is finished with granite counter tops and a full array of stainless-steel appliances.
