The property is on-site managed, gated, and camera monitored. Hawes House feels like a remote oasis, yet it is just footsteps away from world-class dining, culture, and shopping. Hawes House welcomes artists, creatives, travelers, and professionals of any kind, for an unforgettable time in Los Angeles. The stay duration at Hawes House is between one month and one year with the option to extend.

This apartment is preciously furnished and decorated. It is our priority to offer a relaxing stay, good sleep, and well-being during your time in Los Angeles. It feature hardwood floors, high-quality metal/wood windows, wooden blinds, ultra-high-speed internet, "The Frame" smart TV, a new sound system, "Phenomenal Aire - natural ionization air filtration", and much more.
A garage is available on request. A pet (dog) is only allowed after approval from the landlord.

Hawes House landscaping was designed with native and low-water usage plants by the awarded architectural design firm Lifescapes International, Inc, Newport Beach (Bellagio, Las Vegas/ The Grove, Los Angles).

Five private patios offer space for concentrated work, collaboration as well as meditation, and leisure. Enjoy the scent of Jasmine, Lavender, and Rosemary. Feel the healing energy of surrounding trees like avocado, lemon, orange, kumquat, peach, bird of paradise, cactus, and succulent. winter escape

The hosts are welcoming and completely responsive; they are lovely and made our stay most enjoyable. There are delightful lemon and orange trees in the common garden and the apt is tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this to anyone! The location is perfectly situated and permitted us to get anyplace we wanted to go within 20 minutes with many walkable restaurants and shops.

Relaxed luxury and warm hospitality

Great property, great hosts. Very good community with the neighbors. Respect and appreciation and mutual consideration. Just as it should be. The apartment is an ideal place if you need space and privacy but don't want to live completely anonymously. The location is surrounded by lots of plants and trees (the house has a beautiful garden), it's very central (if you want to be around Melrose Place) and very quiet. We slept here with the windows open (thanks to the perfectly installed fly screens). Parking on the street was easy. Annette and Andreas are wonderful hosts who take the well-being of their guests and tenants very seriously. All thumbs up. Thanks for providing us a wonderful time in LA.
