This three level, pet-friendly, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, villa boasts ocean views and room for the whole family. The main level features an open kitchen, marble floors, and updated bathrooms. Relax in the spacious living room with ample seating and enjoy meals at the 8-seat table. Start your mornings on the balcony with serene treetop views. The third and fourth bedrooms, one level below, offer a King bed and 2 Twins, each with TVs and closets and a full bath plus a tub/shower combo to share. Descend one more level to discover two additional bedrooms with King beds, large windows, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms featuring tub/shower combos. With a full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and free wifi, you'll enjoy all of the conveniences of home. This unit has one assigned parking spot in the covered carport and convenient elevator access to and from the villa. During the busy season, we kindly request that each group limits their number of vehicles to a maximum of two. This helps ensure that all guests have access to parking spaces and helps maintain a smooth parking experience for everyone.

Relax on the beach or by the ample Beach Walker outdoor pool, featuring a large deck and two oceanfront gazebos that boast amazing views. Guests also have access to bathrooms and the community grilling area.
