These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. This bathroom is located on the ground level and has an oversized door which makes it wheelchair accessible. What a great feature!

A huge bonus for this level is a large wet bar/coffee bar complete with counter space, sink, and a mini refrigerator. There is also ample cabinet space for storage.

The second level of the townhome has three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The stacked washer/dryer is located on this level as well.

The master bedroom, third bedroom, has a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. An added feauture of the spacious master suite is an oversized futon. The luxurious en suite bathroom has his/hers vanities, a glass enclosed walk-in shower, and a garden tub. Off of the master bedroom is a small balcony to enjoy the ocean breezes!

The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, futon, and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a vanity and walk-in shower.

The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, futon and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a pedestal sink and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a small balcony that overlooks the courtyard.

Having an elevator to get those groceries to the kitchen on the top floor is sheer luxury! You walk out of the elevator into a large, warm and welcoming kitchen. On the top level is a spacious living area, den, powder room, and balcony.

The well appointed kitchen is large and fully equipped. The kitchen features beautiful new stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The breakfast bar provides ample seating for your party to enjoy their morning coffees. There is also a farmhouse style table with benches. Additional seating is available if needed.

For entertainment there is a foosball table, games, puzzles, etc. Adjacent to the foosball table is a table with stools that is perfect for laptops, puzzles, projects, etc.

The beach is just across the street. The beach access is approximately 200 yards from the house. Beach chairs are available for your use. You will find these in the parking garage. Also, a rolling cart is provided to easily transport your chairs, etc. over to the beach. There is also a gas grill located in the garage, just move it over to the courtyard and start grilling up those burgers!

Just a few steps to your north, is a very popular restaurant/bar. Take a night off from cooking and walk over and enjoy a shrimp dinner or burger on the restaurant's huge deck. There is usually live music nightly, and both kids and adults will enjoy the laid back, fun atmosphere!

There is a two car garage for added security. Parking for one vehicle is allowed in the driveway closest to the garage door.
