This was an amazing vacation and everything was perfect. The golf cart was perfect touch and my kids favorite part of the house. We loved the location and everything around us. We stayed at this property 2 years ago and again this year. We love the neighborhood, the house and the cute deck area. The golf cart broke the second day but property management was able to get us another one. They really went above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is just as described, communication with the management company was quick and easy, check in and check out process was seamless. Home is just as described and was perfect for our family of 5. We loved sitting out back and watching the turtles and having the golf course so close. Golf cart made it easy to get around. We’ve stayed in multiple Sandestin neighborhoods, this is now one of our favorites!

We loved this property! My boys especially loved being right on the pond. They brought their fishing poles and tried to catch fish everyday. The property looked just like it was listed….very pretty with a clean, beachy feeling inside.

Turtle Gang hangs out with the turtles.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. The back porch was a highlight. Watching the turtles, ducks and golfers was fun. It was nice to have a golf cart and you could go there and never drive your car. We would recommend it and hope to stay there again.

First time Bayside at Sandestin - loved this place!

My wife and I took my grown children and a few friends. Amazing house! My son loved driving his friends around on the golf cart! We loved the Beach access from the Beach House and it was great to be able to drive the golf cart to the local Publix as well! As a guest, we were also able to play Pickleball at the Sandestin Tennis Courts. We will definitely book this property again!

Family Vacation

This property suited our family of five quite well. Our kids loved the pond. The golf cart was a must. The only drawback was the rear turn singals were not functioning, so driving at night was not safe. We were a short ride to the beach. We look forward to returning.
