This updated, one-story, pet-friendly villa in the family-friendly community of Linkside Village offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation with activities galore. Nestled on spectacular beach and bay-front-only 8 miles east of Destin, Sandestin offers something for everyone. This beautiful, spacious home features a bright, updated kitchen with granite and pass-through bar to the dining room with seating for six. Pet fee 100.00 per pet, Max 3 dog, ​​​​​​​50 lbs per dog max size. No cats allowed.

Fenced yard was such a blessing!

We thought we was in a safe and secure environment, only to find out we were sharing space with a Ground Rattler. We had been walking around day and night with no shoes on with a poisonous snake in the house.I have been visiting Destin for over 25 years and never have I had this very unsafe issue.

It fit our needs well.

There was pleanty of room and we love the backyard. We had some communication issues (were never sent the door code) so I had to stand in the driveway trying to figure out how to get it. A folder with local info/things to do/how far is the walk to the beach etc. and check out instructions would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable but SQUEAKED loudly with any movement at all.... Over all it was great, would stay there again.

I never give a bad review but stay away from this place. The oven did not work-there was no hot water in the kitchen-the furniture was very old, along with the beds. Also the front door was broke-the doorknob came off the door. I have visited Sandestin for 30 years and this place was terrible!!!!

Great Location in Sandestin

Great location

The property was as described inside the home. We all liked the floor plan and the large living room area. The back yard was in need of some care from trimming back to removal of large fallen limbs. The convenience of washer and dryer is great, however the dryer is old and takes hours to dry towels. Highly recommend an upgrade. Kitchen could use some organization.

A relaxing pet friendly place close to the hustle and bustle.

The house was nice and tucked away in a quiet section of the street. Everything was accessible and easy to use in the house. There we some roaches we had to get rid of before getting settled in but, that wasn’t a big deal since this is Florida. Some things for management to consider, the back yard has some branches touching the soffit and roofline of the house which allows access for bugs and small critters to get in. Also, the front of the house needs a little bit of power washing to knock spider nests and webs around the front doors, but all in all, a good place to stay with kids and pets.

Nice Home

We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood is and pet friendly yard and unit. We will def book this again. As previous residents it was nice to find a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle.

Fun in the Sun in Destin!

The property is located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The backyard is completely fenced in for pups which is fantastic. The kitchen has all of the comforts of home.

Vacation with the comfort of home

This home boasted large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, plenty blankets and lots of pillows. The adults all loved their huge, king-sized beds. We were also very pleased with two big beds in the room for the kids - bunk beds are not convenient for young kids. It was great to sit around the table in pajamas, sipping our favorite coffee, in no rush to find a restaurant for breakfast. The fenced backyard was small, but perfect for little ones to bounce off some energy and hunt lizards and frogs until we were off to enjoy the sites and local entertainment. We never figured out the community transportation app, which would have been nice to use for Baytowne Wharf, but that’s on that company. We loved this VRBO experience!

Family vacation

We had a great time here! My disabled brother is in a wheelchair and this home was easily accessible for him! Only down side is the lack of golfcart in a golfcart community, but cars drive as well.

Family Beach Week

The house was as advertised, clean, spacious and worked very well for a family of four and dogs. The family had a great time at the resort and the area. Definitely recommend the location for a quiet get away
