Yes! It actually is our homestead that we've completely updated all new inside & out for you to enjoy. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this quiet, comfortable and centrally-located home. Located within 1 mile of downtown Sevierville, Soaky Mtn Waterpark, Sevierville Events Center, Sevierville Golf Club, Shopping. 25 mi. to Neyland Stadium, 7 mi to Dollywood & Pigeon Forge, and some of the best fishing in the country. Great location, great house

We really enjoyed our stay at the homestead. Close enough to easily go see the sites, but not too close to feel overwhelmed by the bustle. Unlike other rentals, this house had everything needed to have an extended stay. Would definitely want to stay here again if we ever visit in the future. Thanks!

Weekend stay

Property was very clean and conveniently located. This place had lots of extras that the owners didn’t have to provide but was greatly appreciated. It was obvious the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely be back.
