The Space:
Beutiful Isla Mezquite Home is ready to welcome families who wish to have a confortable long or short visit to Cabo San Lucas and its surroundings. The home is equipped and has a rooftop deck with an ocean view, where your days will have a beautiful sunset as an ending. 


Isla Mezquite is found in "El Tezal" area of Cabo, one of the safest places to live, surrounded by multiple subdivisions and apartments. There you will also find multiple stores, included Costco and a small mall called "Plaza Nova", where you will be able to eat and spend some time (all in walking distance). The nearest beach, "Ocho Cascadas" is only 10 minutes away (by car) and it is located in the main beach "El Medano", where you will find a lot of activities and restaurants with delicious food and great service. The downtown area is also 10 minutes away, where you will find all the fun. Renting a car for your trip is highly recommended and out concierge services can help you with that. 


The house is two stories and fits 5 to 6 people. In the first floor you will find the guests area, which has a tween bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. In the second floor you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, then the second room with a queen bed, a full bathroom outside the room and finally a living and dining room, full kitchen and laundry room. The rootop includes an outdoor living room and a BBQ area (charcoal) and the house garage fits two cars. Outside the house you will find the community pool, outdoor bathrooms and BBQ.
