Summer FUN-Beautiful Condo-Close to Beach

This Beautiful Condo is on the quant island of Isla Del Sol, it offers great restaurants, coffee shop and shopping, with a Beautiful View of the Sunset over the Golf Course. You will have access to the gorgeous waterfront Heated Pool & hot tub. Right outside the pool gate are steps into Tampa Bay for a paddleboard, kayak or swim. Only a 10 minute bike ride on a sidewalk to St Pete Beach or enjoy miles of Bike Paths on the next island through our beautiful Ft Desoto Park. This Condo is only 10 minutes to Downtown St Pete and 30 minutes to Tampa. Recreational Rentals Available on the Beach: Bike, kayak, scooter, golfcart, Slingshot, jet skis, paddle boards and other water craft. The fun never ends!! The fun never ends!! IF days are blocked that you are interested in staying...PLEASE message me!! Jan-March 30 day minimum stay required-$50 Fee for on-line Lease Application Required 15 days before check-in.

Great host, cute and well fitted apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was adorable and Kathy was always a text message away for anything. My kids loved the pool, and while the island is a little separated from the other areas, a 15 minute car ride will get you where you need to be.

Snow bird retreat from Canada

perfect for a 3 month away from snow and cold..accross t scenic location for long aerobic walks around the Isla del sol golf course or accross the Vista Verde bridge. Great swimming pool with lanai shade or full sun.Great restaurants in Vista Verde and St Pete Beach, St Pete Library offers great collection for reading.Reunions with CasaV oldfriends. Was perfect for our needs.

a piece of paradise

Great vacation property . Very cozy and welcoming . Near many great beaches restaurants and shopping were all fabulous . The pool was awesome were we meet many of the great residents who were very friendly and helpful . we give this place five stars . Hope to be back for another stay . Condo was very clean and a very nice balcony with a couple of rocker chairs to sit back and relax to watch the many birds of florida . we had a great vacation . Fred & Jacquie

We love to golf and boat, this is a golfing and fishing paradise!!

You are close to everything without having to deal with the beach traffic.. You can walk or ride a bike to the beach. Totally Remodeled, this unit is on the top floor (2 Story Building) which makes it very quiet.
