Park offers multiple water views and all the comforts of beach living. The front deck facing the ocean is a great place to catch some rays while lounging on the comfortable deck furniture. In the back, a screened porch overlooks the Serenity Point pond. From the porch, head to the ground level to find an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from the beach. Serenity Point offers its guests a swimming pool and private beach access. The kids will enjoy the proximity to the Patio Playground for miniature golf and arcade games.

The first-level living room is filled with bright colors and offers a sofa bed plus access to the front deck and screened porch. The dining room has a table for family meals, and additional seating at the bar looks into the kitchen. The crisp white kitchen offers guests everything you'll need to cook great island meals, including a refrigerator, built-in microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Nearby is a stacked washer/dryer.

The primary suite has views of the ocean directly across the street. It is filled with windows, and the sun pours into the room in the afternoon. Enjoy the privacy of the en suite primary bathroom.

Perfect beach getaway

We just love Topsail Beach, and this property is in our favorite spot on the beach.The unit was clean and comfortable, instructions were easy and accurate, and very nice neighbors. We will definitely stay here again!

Park stay

House is in a great location and quiet area. The mosquitoes were horrible this year as well as flies. Didn't matter morning or night you were getting bit up. House would be perfect if anybody cleaned it. Seemed like nobody cleaned the house at all. Dirty oven pans were inside the oven with pizza or lasagna on them. Water was on the floor in the kitchen. Bloody finger prints with dead mosquitos all over the walls. Fans were covered in dust. Again we had a fun stay but it would have been nice to come to clean home that we paid good money to stay at. Vacasa reached out one time for a rating of cleanliness from 1-5 and when I sent in the 2 they asked for details and pictures. After sending I received absolutely nothing in return. No response, no offer to return my cleaning fee, nothing. So in a nutshell it's a beautiful area fun to be at, not clean at all and really buggy.

Almost Amazing…. BUT

The location was perfect for us. Quiet and accessible to the beach. The layout of the home was perfect for us. Plenty of sleep options, bathrooms and things you need at “home” …. BUT let’s go back to bathrooms. There were 3 full bath options. One reeked of urine, went to buy bleach & gloves and basically there was previous water damage to the bottom of the vanity and well, boys miss, so I’m sure it’s just soaked in at this point but I cleaned it well so we could use it. It was the one on the main floor & where the laundry was so, needed cleaned. The other two, kinda clean except the shower liners! Super moldy, purchased and replaced those!! They were white, you would have never guessed that. Back porch - broken screen, chair seats and step so we didn’t use that area. Dishwasher- smelled of stale water & food … had a paper towel stuck in it. Cleaned it, so we could use it. The Bug Guy came while we were there - no notification so, were we supposed to let him in or not? Now - there were good things; plenty of towels, kitchen necessities, front porch 👍, parking, outdoor shower and we felt safe and happy to be in the location. A little bit of attention to the basics and you would feel cozy at “home”
