Come and enjoy this beautiful retreat for your next beach vacation. Perfect for large groups, this spacious home has amazing views of the ocean from the three front decks and the sound from the back deck and dining room windows. When you're ready to take a swim, walk directly across the street for easy access to the beach.

Find plenty of convenient spots to rinse off the sand when coming in from a swim or a walk on the beach. There's a low faucet for washing off your feet in front of the house. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a built-in bench is also at the back of the house.

The reverse floor plan is perfect for hanging out on the living area deck and enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. The interior elevator makes all four floors easily accessible. Occupying the entire top floor, the sprawling primary suite offers a sitting area, TV, en suite bathroom, and a private furnished deck with ocean views. On the third floor, find the living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area - an ideal space for everyone to come together. The second floor has the remaining guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Outstanding vacation home

This place was perfect for our family. We had a big group - 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and 2 younger kids and had plenty of room. Every bedroom had its own bath. The access to the beach was directly across the street and the beach was never crowded. The house was very clean and the layout gives you some great views. Looking forward to next year.

This home is in a great location and has beautiful views, easy beach access, and an elevator. There's good parking and well maintained outdoor space. Nice kitchen and pantry for storage. Comfortable bedding and nice bathrooms in each bedroom.

Great stay!

We didn’t know what to expect, so we set our expectations in the average range. This property went well above that. We assumed since the home was newer it would not have a lot of the little things an older beach house accumulates - but it did! Nicely equipped kitchen, books, puzzles, games and thank you so much to the cleaning staff that left spices and ziplock bags behind. I love to pay it foreword. But when you show up to a house and every last personal item has been removed (Kleenex/paper towels/coffee filters) this house even has spices beyond salt and pepper. Ok - it’s the little things that impress me, but the house was beautiful and the location was great. Half of our family stayed in the house, the other half stayed in the house next door and that worked out fabulously.
