Every bedroom offers a 40-TV with access to premium movie channels. There is a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze! The inviting living room offers an extensive sectional and a large curved TV. Most enticing is a private pool surrounded by palm trees and floodlighting for nighttime use, a hot tub, and an outdoor shower. You will have private beach access with a gazebo on a gorgeous isolated area of North Topsail Beach. This home is ready for your friends' and/or family's enjoyment and relaxation. Beautiful home and location

My daughter was married on the beach. It was perfect. The home was accomidating to all the guest that came from out of town. The yard and car port were the perfect size for the reseption. I would highly recommend this property to any family and friends. The beach access was beautiful and easy to get to the beach.

Nice Beach House

Things we loved about this house: The pool and yard! It was so nice to have a backyard with grass for our kids. The layout is great! Almost all bedrooms are upstairs. The dishwasher, washing machine and hot tub all were working during our stay (previous guests made complaints about these so I’m glad they got it fixed). The house was pretty clean! The kitchen was well stocked except for mixing bowls (there was 1) and baking dishes (also only one small one). The countertop ice maker was a huge hit. Location to the beach was amazing! There was another refrigerator at the very bottom where we could keep extra drinks and such. Cons: As others have mentioned the floors are wonky. It seems there are structural issues. The concrete pad at the bottom is cracking like crazy which is causing the floors in the kitchen/living room area to be VERY uneven to the point we were tripping over some of the spots. It’s also causing some tiles to come away from the floor. It also causes the main door on the front deck to stick terrible so it’s difficult to open it. All of the mattresses besides the downstairs master are desperately in need of replacement. The kids bunk beds, the springs are almost through the mattress. The others are so thin and uncomfortable. While mattress preference does vary per person, no one wants to be sleeping on a mattress so thin you can feel the springs pushing into your body. I really wanted to give the house 4 stars but being on vacation, we want comfortable beds! Overall our stay was pretty great. We didn’t have any issues that we had to reach out about. This is only our second time booking with Vacasa and the first time the house was not as expected but this time we were pleased. This is our first experience in North Topsail and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Not well maintained house

It could have been really nice but the moldy house was an issue right away when we arrived on Saturday. Complained several times, the “new” dehumidifier never arrived as we were told. Also had an electrical issue in one of the bedrooms. When a charger was plugged into one of the outlets, the rest of the electricity went out in the room. There was a short somewhere. I was told several times an electrician was coming out. We never seen one all week. We were so looking forward to the hot tub. It was very dirty and so was the pool. Someone came to fix the hot tub after cleaning it and never fixed it. It never got “hot” at all. The grass was pretty high walking into the pool area. They cut it on Friday after complaining. The house really needs alot of maintenance that hasn’t been done. The views were nice and spending time with family was great.

If I could give it 3.5 stars, I would.

The house was a little run down on the outside but what can you expect after being in the elements for that long. Very nice on the inside; clean, accommodating, housed all 14 of us very comfortably. A few things around the house could use some work. When we arrived one of the door handles was a little loose and eventually came off because the screws holding it in were too small. After the first day, the hot tub strangely stopped heating up and we were unable to use it. The seals around door frames could also use some repair. A couple of windy nights made it hard for some people to sleep due to the wind whistling through. My only major complaint is with the Wifi. In the guest book provided in the home it tells you to find wifi details in your guest portal on the app. However, the information in the guest portal did not match the information in the house (the router name and password). Thankfully, we were able to enjoy the nice weather most of the days and it wasn’t a big enough problem to contact guest services. It’s just an inconvenience that you don’t really expect to have these days. Other than that, a great stay and would definitely recommend to any large family or group.

The calming ocean sounds and warm local interactions enhance the tranquil atmosphere. Amenities: Each bedroom is spacious and exquisitely decorated, offering a luxurious and restful environment. The house boasts multiple upgraded bathrooms with spacious tubs, ensuring comfort and privacy for you and your guests. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances ready to handle any culinary challenge, and the living areas, including the expansive decks, are perfect for creating lasting memories. Overall Experience: Starting a new job and a new semester in my master's program, I needed a perfect spot to recharge—and this beach house was exactly what I needed. The comfort, luxury, and convenience of this home provided a much-needed sanctuary, allowing me to unwind fully and prepare for the challenges ahead. Great location and layout, poor property condition/cleanliness

Primary surfaces were cleaned prior to arrival but other areas (cabinets, closets, fans, vents, under/behind furniture) need cleaning. Also general property condition was a bit run down.
