About this property

Come stay at this trendy and cozy 3 bedroom house with game room and pool. Walk out of the primary backyard right into a morning dip in the sparkling pool. Mature fruit trees in the back create a charming ambiance while you're grilling and swimming. Three bedrooms thoughtfully laid out for max comfort. Have some fun with the Pacman machine, Shuffleboard and ping pong table or relax on the couch while watching golf on the 65" TV. Sleeps 8- w futon, but it's tight! Couch can sleep one as well.

Primary bedroom has a Cali King Purple Mattress
Second Bedroom has two single beds
Third bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress
Futon in game room can sleep two, although it is tight and I would recommend one on the couch

Whole house is yours! I live in Tempe and will be available but will not be checking in on you.

Half a mile from Kierland Park and less than a mile from Kierland center. Grocery shops, coffee shops, bars, fine dining and world class shopping all at your finger tips. Multiple golf courses and spas in the area and about a 15 minute drive to historic old town scottsdale.

Hot tub does not work.
