We provide lots of entertainment including a putting green to sharpen your game (or a mini-golf area for the kids) and various outdoor games, such as, Jenga, checkers, ring toss, spikeball, left/right/center and more!

House Rules:
+ Pool and landscape vendors access the home on a scheduled basis to maintain property
+ No pets are allowed on property
+ Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 am
+ Enjoy the house, but please respect the neighborhood and ensure there is no outdoor noise after 9 pm, when quiet hours begin. Any fine that may be issued due to noise will be charged back to your reservation.
+ Although it is set up with your vacation & entertainment in mind, we do ask that you enjoy this luxe property responsibly and respectfully. Please keep in mind the Scottsdale city noise ordinance, neighbors, & house rules.

Customizations & Concierge:
Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and eliminate stress or any "to-do's" upon your arrival. Therefore, for an additional fee, we offer a few curated packages for you and your guests. These packages include: setting up balloons/decorating for a party (bachelorette/bachelor party, birthday, anniversary, etc), providing a fully stocked refrigerator upon your arrival, or arranging dinner plans such as a private chef.
