CLOTHING AND LAUNDRY - Clothing or laundry shall not be hung in doorways, windows or lanais and shall not be visible in any manner from outside the Apartment.
AIR CONDITIONING - ALWAYS turn off when not in the condo, and please be mindful not to have it on when lanai doors are open. Slider Doors MUST BE closed for A/C to operate. Some doors are sensitive so adjust the left or right to hear the beep. Use remote to control the temperature of the A/C unit (located above TV) DO NOT set below 72 degrees.
CHECK OUT CLEANING - ALL Garbage should be removed and placed in the TRASH ROOM in parking floors, before departure. Failure to leave the unit tidy can result in a $60+ charge. This is our second home and we greatly appreciate it if you treat it like your own.
SAND - Please remove sand and shells from your legs and feet, from pockets, bathing suits and towels BEFORE entering the unit and showers. We ask that you shake all sand out outside the lobby.
