Ocean-MT Renovated Marine Surf Condo by the Beach w/Parking and Kitchenette

BUILDING NOTICE:
Exterior work for this unit, located on the Diamond Head (East) side of the building, will begin on Monday, October 27, 2025, and continue through December 10, 2025 (Weather permitting, just an approximate time frame). Work will happen Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with construction noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Scaffolding will be used, and areas below will be closed for safety. No beach items will be permitted on the balcony. The swimming pool will be closed for the entire project. Please keep windows and curtains closed to reduce dust and maintain privacy. Noise and vibrations are expected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Marine Surf is located at 364 Seaside Ave on the 21st Floor.

great spot close to the main area without the hustle and bustle of the main area

check in process was easy and exactly what the check in email described. underground parking is easy to get in/out of. if someone is a light sleeper i'd recommend bringing ear plugs as you can hear the street noise pretty easily despite being on the 21st floor. overall i'd stay here again!

Nice Waikiki location for adventuring

Great location, and 21st floor balcony affords a nice view. The basement level of the parking garage is very difficult to maneuver in, though. Kitchen does not have a full stove - it's missing an oven, but otherwise well stocked. Bathroom vent duct had a ton of dust in it. Other than that, clean and comfortable room with a good bed, couch, AC, TV, etc.

Centrally located, comfortable, well-equipped condo

I really enjoyed my stay in this condo! It was very clean and a comfortable space. There was everything needed to fix meals. Plenty of extra towels and bedding. The hairdryer and iron came in quite handy also. Laundry is right around the corner on each floor too. If you are looking for a place that is easy walking distance to all of Waikiki, this is it! It was also easy to get in and out with a car onto Kuhio. Just have to watch for the pedestrians crossing! I also appreciated the safety features of a locked lobby at night, keyed entry for the lobby and elevators and touch key for the condo. One caution on the parking- my rental car was larger than I had planned on and was a bit tricky to park in the assigned space. It fit but it was very tight. The clearance is stated in the instructions sent by Ali'i and was the only reason the rental company gave me the car they did instead of the huge truck they originally assigned me. (their choice, not mine!) Fortunately, the car in the next space was small and they were kind enough to park closer to the left of their space for the day they were there. I look forward to staying here again on future visits!

Great location that was walking distance to everything. It was a short walk to the beach. Easy access for parking but it was a little tricky parking your car within the limited parking space. Still managed to park our rented Mazda CX5. The elevators were relatively quick and the whose place was very clean and well looked after. We felt very secure staying here and loved the balcony for morning coffee even though there was a constant drip of water coming off the balcony above. We would definitely stay here again.

Really great stay! Absolutely recommend!

Where to start….this was a great find! Committing to a condo for our trip was overwhelming. I spent a lot of time researching before selecting this condo and it fit our needs perfectly. Location is prime - you can walk to the beach, food hall, Royal Hawaiian center, international marketplace….everywhere! Bus stops are all over the place but it’s best to have a car and this condo has free parking, which is huge!! We had a Malibu and it fit in the spot just fine. No large sedans or SUVs. We brought tide pods, baggies for beach Sammie’s and snacks, a few extra rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags in case we ran out. We did buy a liquid hand soap to use - my personal preference. They provide hotel style soap and toiletries. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The building is secure and other visitors and desk folks were friendly. We used the beach chairs and cooler provided. Was so happy they had a cooler! They also have an umbrella but we didn’t use that or the boogie board. Had a really great stay here and plan to book again for our trip next year! Highly, highly recommend. This place checks all the boxes!

Great Value and Stay!

We live here but decided to do a staycation. This was perfect for our needs— really close to lots of shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Check-in process was clear and easy. Would stay here again!

Apartment was clean and walkable to restaurants and shops. Was a bit confused re instructions to check in in terms of temporary parking but there was someone on duty to help.The parking spot itself is very tight and just about coped with a mid size SUV. Would def not work for a full size or bigger. See pic.The noise does travel, so even though it’s a high floor we could hear the traffic etc. Also whoever was above us decided to open and close their balcony doors from 5am. But this might be a temp resident so luck of the draw. I would say the whole building could do with a revamp in terms of the patio doors.

Excellent stay at Marine Surf

Our stay at this condo was great. It was very clean, had everything we needed and check in was easy. My favorite thing about it was definitely the location! Easily accessible and walking distance to Royal Hawaiian. Parking was included and was a huge plus. Ive stayed at a few properties around the island but this has been my favorite, by far. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area

We had a fantastic stay here. The lanai has an ocean view which is a huge bonus! AC worked great, place to eat and cook meals, plenty of storage for luggage and clothing in the closet, big comfy bed, and convenient location! I would definitely stay here again!!

A Good Bang for your Buck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time in this rental during our trip to Hawaii. The room is small but it was enough space for us. The building and some aspects of the room are definitely older and not very polished or updated (bathroom for example) but who needs fancy when you're in Hawaii? We knew we weren't going to be spending a lot of time in the room and really only using it for sleeping. If you are a light sleeper or are sensitive to noise, I would recommend earplugs or looking for somewhere else to stay. Even though it is high up in the building, the room is very loud at night, you can hear a lot of noise from the street and especially on the weekends, the party might last until 3 or 4am in Waikiki so be mindful of that. Free parking was deluxe and rare to find in Waikiki so that's a big plus. Staff was very friendly and let us keep our luggage behind the front desk after check out since our flight wasn't until 11pm. Overall, it's a very good unit and a great option if you're looking to save some money on accommodation. Location is great too, very walkable to beach.

Very detailed welcoming instructions before our stay, the efficiency was roomy, well equipped, quiet , clean and our balcony had enough of a view of the ocean and the hills.
