Charming Waterfront Cottage on Mullett Lake

Welcome to beautiful Northern Michigan! Located on the southern shores of Mullett Lake, the cottage is is excellent for swimming, boating, fishing, all water sports and winter activities. Enjoy the lake views from the dock or the outdoor fire pit. This is the perfect place to bring your boat. You'll fall in love with the cozy setting as you stare out onto the water. The water in front of the cottage is clear with a sandy bottom.

We are conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Indian River. Only 25 minutes to Cheboygan and 35 minutes to Mackinaw City.

In 2022, we have spent much time refurbishing the entire cottage with your family in mind. It is inviting and cozy with many different spaces where people can spend time together, and also separate spaces for relaxation and alone time.

Inside, the cottage is impeccably clean and well-maintained. We take cleaning seriously and ensure that everything is sanitized for your stay. Stay connected with WiFi and a Smart TV, configured with YouTube TV.

The property features a 110-foot dock that shared with the neighboring cottage that we own next door. Whether you're into boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the lakeside atmosphere, the dock provides ample room for swimming and holding large boats and pontoons. It's a great spot to soak up sunsets, read a book, or have lakeside picnics.

Pets are always welcome, we just ask that they are house trained. Our dogs have a fantastic time when they visit, so I am honored to host yours as well. Please make sure to declare when booking by checking the pet box when booking.

All linens, bath towels, and pillows are provided.

We had a wonderful stay. The lake view was absolutely beautiful! The house was amazing and so well kept and CLEAN. Our little dog loved the outdoor area especially walking the long dock. We will definitely be coming back to this charming waterfront cottage on Mullet Lake!

The cabin was very clean and up to date with wi-fi and you tube tv. The place was very clean and had everything needed for a weeks stay, towels, paper towel, kitchen utensils etc. Being right on the lake was great! Loved the stay and plan to come back. Eric the property manager was very nice and was able to tell us about things to do in the area. Great experience!

This cottage has a great lakeside view of Mullet Lake. It's a very relaxing location. We think there could be a few more coffee mugs, and a few more upgrades that are needed.

This stay was fantastic!

This place was awesome and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay: cooking space and utensils, access to the lake, space for the kids, plenty of towels, Internet and tv, a kayak, a dock onto the lake, a porch swing… The fire pit and the sunset lake views made it extra magical. The only downside was the lack of ventilation/cooled air to the second story where most of the beds were. A big thank you to Jimmy for hosting us here and we are looking forward to our next planned stay here hopefully for our vacation next year.

Had a great view of the lake and easy to park your boat. I would recommend some non stick pot and pans. Eric was super helpful. Our rental buddies were awesome neighbors. Fishing was a bit hard but fun. Never saw a hail storm in June it was crazy. Thank you for the memories.

Amazing host, cabin & location. Very relaxing getaway! We are hoping to go again soon!

Host was easy to reach with any questions we had. Our family & dog were very relaxed & enjoyed the beautiful weather we had and even had a bonfire. The people in other cabins were very respectful we had children with us. Highly recommend!
