The star of the backyard, the private lagoon pool, is ready for fun memories to be made. With over 100,000-gallons and 12 in-pool seats at the swim up wet bar, this gentle entry pool is sure to entertain the whole group with plenty of space for both relaxing on a float and throwing the ball around. A beautiful tiled spa waterfalls into the lagoon pool, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach!

Splash’s first floor was made for entertaining. Featuring an open space complete with a pool table, a foosball table, a wet bar, and a full sized refrigerator, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained. Through the sliding glass doors is the outdoor oasis, featuring an outdoor kitchen and grill, a fireplace, and the star of the outdoor space, the private lagoon pool with a swim up bar and underwater bar stools. The swim up bar has a mini fridge, counter space, and a blender to make sure that every hour is happy hour. Nestled away from the entertaining space are the sleeping areas: two guest bedrooms with closing doors and a bunk area.

The kitchen is the star of the second floor, featuring two full sized refrigerators and a full sized wine cooler. Commercial appliances and plenty of counter space make cooking for a crowd a breeze, and cleanup is even easier with 2 dishwashers. The open floor plan continues into the living room and dining room. The living room has a built-in fireplace, and seating for eight. The expansive dining room has two tables that seat up to twenty guests and views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. With the additional eight seats at the kitchen island and the in-kitchen nook, there’s enough seating for your entire group to dine together. The second floor also has a balcony overlooking the pool, featuring an outdoor staircase that leads down to the pool, making it easier to get things from the indoor kitchen to the outdoor kitchen. A half bathroom is located right around the corner from the kitchen, and down the hall is a guest bedroom and a master bedroom with Juliet Balcony.

The third floor has two master bedrooms, both featuring an en suite bathroom that has a double vanity, a jetted tub, a walk in shower with multiple shower heads, a guest bedroom, a guest bunk room with six beds, and a bunk area. The third floor also has balcony access to the front and rear balconies. The rear balcony is accessed through a master bedroom and the third floor living area, and the front balcony is accessed from the other master bedrooms and the hallway, and also has a spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop access with panoramic views of Scenic Highway 98.

Splash is event-friendly! This home is large enough to host approximately 100 guests for events, making it perfect for smaller weddings, corporate events, or birthday celebrations*.

* Event fee of $500 will be added to reservation to offset additional, cleaning, maintenance, wear, and other costs.

Pet's permitted on case by case basis with property manager approval and $300 pet fee
